I really thought this would be my last surgery so I did some thorough research and got it done!! This is my
third surgery. The first time was 10 years ago when I had silicone inserted, and 3 years ago
when I had the silicone replaced, I had the surgery using my septum and ear cartilage,,, but
as time went by, the tip of my nose sagged a little, as
people who know me know.. Once it's noticeable, you keep worrying about it,
so I looked around at various hospitals and got the surgery!!
Conclusion, I'm so satisfied now!!!!!
Since it was a revision surgery, I visited many hospitals, and
since it was a revision surgery, they all recommended autologous rib or donated rib
. I was scared of rib and I didn't feel like getting it because of the recovery issues ㅠ
But the director who did it, ㅋㅂㅈ, said that if possible, we should try to reuse the remaining cartilage, and
if it wasn't enough, he would collect additional ear cartilage and do it.
As most people who have searched here would know, the director has over 20 years of experience and
is a nose specialist, so I just trusted him ㅋㅋ
So this time, I also replaced the silicone, got nasal cartilage
and ear cartilage, raised the nostrils, reduced the nose wings, and even had rhinitis!
At first, I was really worried because the scar on the nostrils and nose wings was prominent, but
now it's completely gone..!! I acknowledge the director's skills... This is why I think experience is important.
Looking at the after-surgery photos, my nose is straight and the tip is round and natural, so I'm so satisfied
. It just looks like my original nose!! I can't thank you enough for designing it to fit my face shapeㅜㅜㅜ
My rhinitis has also been completely cured, so breathing is a whole new world....!!!
Is this the last successful rhinoplasty??? ㅎㅎㅎ
