[Nostrils] A review of a male nose reduction surgery after about 8 years

My nostrils were a bit big, so I was dissatisfied with the fact that I looked like a housewife when I wore glasses or sunglasses. How did I get my nostrils reduced? At the time, I got not only my nostrils reduced, but also my lips reduced. The advantage is that I look definitely prettier and I am satisfied. The disadvantage is that the incisions were not made delicately, so there are scars. It is difficult to see that I got my nostrils reduced unless you look closely at the incisions. However, you can see the scars when you lift your nose. And it is not a big problem when going about daily life, but when I exercise excessively, my nostrils get smaller, so it feels a little stuffy to breathe. Now, I do weight training and aerobic exercise regularly, so my lung capacity has increased, so I think the stuffy feeling has almost disappeared. However, in the beginning of exercising, I felt stuffy to the point of discomfort.
