this time, I had revision rhinoplasty because I really wanted to raise the tip of my nose beautifully, so
I used autologous costal cartilage and raised the bridge of my nose with 4 millimeters of silicone!
Actually, in the beginning, I wondered if I should have an osteotomy on the bridge of my nose, but
Dr. Kyu-ho Lee said that it was not necessary and that my nose did not require an osteotomy, so
I had faith and had revision rhinoplasty!
It's been 3 months now, and I'm in my 30s, so
rather than going too far, I've done it with moderately natural and well-cut lines that make
both the side and front look pretty!
Abdominal rhinoplasty, especially for those with thick nose bridges,
should never be performed at a hospital that recommends osteotomy. Only those who really need it should undergo osteotomy.
