I am leaving a review after three months of having hooked nose surgery using non-prosthetic implants (ear cartilage + nasal septum + osteotomy + flattening of the hooked nose + lowering the columella)!
I had a complex about my puffy nose for a long time, so after making a big decision, I got nose surgery from Dr. Kim Da-aeng of Oubly Plastic Surgery.
Personally, what I sought the most when getting rhinoplasty was naturalness and safety.
Teacher Da-aul was very accommodating to what I wanted and created a design that suited the overall atmosphere.
Usually, people want a fancy or straighter style when they have nose surgery, but I felt that filling in and refining the missing parts of my existing nose would suit me better, so I went ahead with it naturally.
Even though it is a non-implant, there were some parts that felt a bit awkward or uncomfortable until a month after the surgery, but after three months, there is almost no discomfort and it feels like my own nose to the point where I forget I had the surgery.
However, the tip of my nose still feels hard. I was a little concerned because the swelling remained and it looked chubby overall, but when I asked the hospital during a recent checkup visit, they said that since the swelling had not gone completely, I would have to wait another 6 months to a year depending on the individual to see the final shape!
So, I think I should take good care of my nose so that it becomes more and more pretty :)
