I had the surgery on May 8th, so it's been a month now. I had no complaints about the bridge of my nose before the surgery, but my nose was overall very big and the tip was blunt, so I decided to have the surgery. I wanted a natural nose rather than a fancy nose, so I didn't use silicone, and I made a lateral osteotomy and the tip of the nose (ear cartilage). , I had surgery using the double nose correction method, but rather than looking natural, it doesn't seem to have improved at all. When viewed from the side, there is no change other than the tip of the nose being slightly raised. Even my family doesn't know that I had the surgery. When I came out that I had the surgery first, everyone was surprised and asked what on earth had changed. I ask again haha. Of course, it's only been a month since the surgery, and osteotomy surgery causes swelling longer, but I don't think there will be much change as long as the minor swelling goes away. In fact, my nose is blunter and more rounded than before the surgery. Post-surgery photos were also taken in the afternoon when the swelling had gone down to some extent. They were taken in the morning. When I wake up, I have a really big nose. I don't know if the cause of this result is the doctor or me who asked for a natural look. I'm going to see the month-long follow-up in a few days. Is it right to complain to the hospital? If I have to have a reoperation in 6 months, I don't know if I should have it done in AS format at the hospital where I had the surgery or if I should have it done at another hospital . What do you think? please give me some advice
