I got a second nose job (short nose lengthening, bulbous nose, ear cartilage + donated rib) from Director Cha Myeong-gyu of Wannabe Plastic Surgery!
Even though I had the first surgery,
I was really stressed out because my bulbous nose was not corrected and felt like an upturned nose, and people even said my nose was constructed ㅜㅠㅜㅠ
Even though I had a high pre-implantation silicone, I didn't feel that it was high, and
I remember always lengthening my nose with post-implant surgery because the thick and short silicone was put in my short nose to make it look even shorter...
First of all, thanks to the director who looked at the CT scan carefully during the first consultation and spoke candidly,
I was able to set a surgery date for the next day without having to worry!
Even in the operating room, they made me feel safe, and from before the surgery until the last day of the surgery when the stitches were removed,
the kind care of the nurses and the director made me feel comfortable and moved...ㅎㅎㅎ
They say that swelling after plastic surgery is a difference in skill, and I was more worried because I have a constitution that naturally swells a lot, but
the big swelling like an avatar went down faster than I thought.
They said that swelling would take longer because it was a revision surgery, so I was curious about how I would look in the future, and I wanted to see it soon
. The length I wanted was really visible at a glance, and my front view, which used to look like a saddle nose, seems to have improved a lot :)
Above all, during my first surgery, I had a keloid phenomenon where the incision site was prominent, but
during this revision surgery, the incision site was cleanly removed, so there were no curves and the scar was not visible!
People around me said that I looked smoother and more sophisticated, so I'm taking proper pictures during my Leeds daysㅎㅎ
I think I'll change my name to Cha... My father is really a chaewon master now..
