double nose + arrow nose and used donor ribs while making an osteotomy. I got it from a doctor who is famous for revision surgery.
I can't help but be satisfied because both the bridge and the tip of my nose have been refined and raised.
What I'm most satisfied with is the improvement in my nose. Haha.
