I really thought about it a lot and decided to get rhinoplasty. Since I received a lot of help from Seongyesa, I thought I would write a review. The material used was 6mm silicone and a septum. Please note. When I visited the hospital, the nurse in charge explained the precautions after the surgery. After listening and filling out the consent form, I made a decision after a final design and material consultation with the director and went into surgery. Until the very end, I worried about the material and how many millimeters of silicone I should put in to suit me, but I didn't want it to look too natural, so I just decided. The recovery room was also a single room, so I had to wait before going into surgery. There's something cozy about it. Some say the operating room is cold, but I didn't really feel that way. When I opened my eyes after being told, “You can sleep if you’re sleepy,” the surgery was over. When I opened my eyes in the recovery room after the surgery, my throat was really dry. I wanted to ask the nurse to gulp down some water, but I had no strength in my body right away. I woke up from anesthesia and felt dizzy. I felt like an idiot, but they listened to all my requests. They waited until I recovered sufficiently, and when I came to my senses, I got up, got dressed, called a Kakao Taxi, and hurried home. A week where I was very scared.. Because I saw many reviews of the nose saying that it was painful, so I imagined all sorts of things about what it would be like. However, contrary to what I was worried about, I was surprised that it didn't hurt. Instead, the cotton was blocking my nostrils so I had to keep breathing through my mouth, so my jaw was sore and numb. It was uncomfortable to sleep and I couldn't sleep well for a few days before removing the cotton. Even when I ate it, I couldn't really feel what it tasted like, so it didn't even taste like food.. haha. After a few days of leaning up, sitting up, sleeping, and doing everything to get rid of the swelling... 3-4 days later, I removed the cotton, and my breathing became much easier, so I was able to sleep well. I thought it was, but the blocked nose was coming out, which also contributed to the discomfort. But it was only for a few days, maybe a week? It seemed like everything would be fine if I just endured it. After the splint was removed, life became easier and I met friends and slept well. <2 weeks ~ 1 month> My friends also asked me a lot where I did it. The bruising and swelling have gone down and my nose has become prettier, so I can take pictures as well... My confidence in my appearance has improved, so I enjoy going out and meeting people. But I didn't drink and I had to be careful about bumping into things, applying lotion, or washing my face, so I walked around carefully. After the treatment schedule, it's the first day I meet with the director. The director personally inspects the condition of the nose to check how much the swelling has gone, what is happening inside the nose, and whether there are any scars or adhesions. (I was most worried about adhesions, so I purchased and used an anti-adhesion agent sold at the hospital separately, so please refer to this as well.) It wasn't a nurse or the manager checking it, but the person who performed the surgery looked at me, so I was relieved when I heard that my recovery was going well. I heard from the manager that the swelling would last for 6 months to 1 year. So, I heard that the current shape may not be straight, so you need to carefully check that it is in place and that the swelling is gone. He said that if you were anxious and wanted to come see him again, you could leave him a KakaoTalk message and he would help you connect with the director. The hooked beak seen from the front has improved, and the bridge of the nose, which seemed to be puffy and spread out, has become thinner. It's straight and straight, so it looks kind of smart... haha, that's right. It is true that I had cosmetic surgery, but I also had treatment for rhinitis that I had been suffering from all at once. (Function Type 2: Deviated septum + Inferior turbinate hypertrophy) Breathing is much easier and I can smell better. I also received a refund of 1 million won.
