It's been a while since I remembered so I stopped by!
I was very worried about the side effects of rhinoplasty, so I almost lived at Seongyesa before the surgery, so I posted this to help, too.
I tied the cartilage + erected a columella support, raised the tip of my nose with ear cartilage, and had a slightly hooked beak, so I changed it. I wanted to be just a little bit thinner and have a more sophisticated look.
Before plastic surgery, I tried things like nose piercing, tried everything, and thought about it a lot before deciding... Haha. And when deciding on a hospital, I looked for someone whose previous photo was as similar to my original nose as possible, and then the photos after that. I thought this was my expected nose after surgery and found a doctor who liked the shape!
The side effect is... the sensation in my nose will never be the same. A foreign body sensation...? If so, it is a foreign body sensation. Lift the tip of your nose slightly with your hand. It's not painful or strange, but it feels different than when I leave it alone. That's the feeling... I don't know if it will change in a few more years... It definitely feels less than at first, but it feels a bit awkward. But in the first place, the nose area... I think it's an area that shouldn't be pressed or touched too much, so I don't have any discomfort in my life.
Other than that, I didn't touch the nasal septum and didn't use silicone, so there were no side effects, and the swelling went down very quickly, so every time I look in the mirror for almost a year, I say my nose is fine and am satisfied.
The pictures are before - 10 days later - today.
After 10 days, the swelling remained, but it wasn't too bad. During this time, I couldn't feel the tip of my nose going down. Looking at the picture, it looks like it has spread a little bit, sometimes it doesn't...???
