I had surgery before with a septum + ears + no prosthesis, and after 6 months, the tip of my nose gradually sagged and fell down, so
I decided to get a second surgery.
I wanted a more glamorous nose than the first surgery, and I preferred a straight line, so
I went to 3 consultations, and
the reason I got a second surgery here is because the other 2 places said I needed a bulbous nose correction, but even from my perspective, my skin is on the thin side, and the director of this hospital said that since my skin is thin, the cartilage could show through, so I didn't need a bulbous nose correction, so I think I trusted him.
During the consultation, he showed me the CT scan and explained to me the mm of silicone that would fit my nose, which was so satisfying that I decided to get the surgery!
After the consultation with the director, I got 3mm of silicone + autologous rib + long nose correction, and
it's been 2 months now, and the autologous rib pain has been gone for a week and it hasn't interfered with my daily life.
I think I was needlessly scared before the surgery.
The hospital gave me scar ointment separately, and I applied scar cream consistently, so it has faded a lot. ㅎㅎ
It's certain that after the first month, the swelling went down, so the line looks more alive and higher. ㅎㅎ
