I had a non-implanted nose + septum slightly raised with ear cartilage + bulbous nose + beak filed. The result is... just another beaked nose. Of course, it has improved since I had a severe beaked nose like an Arab before, but it is not smooth... I'm planning to get the second surgery this winter . The first time, I went to two places in a hurry without doing much research and made an appointment for the surgery on the same day. I'm thinking that this is my last chance to do some thorough research and get a lot of consultations..!!
