Partial incision with semi-out-like in-out + silicone, ear cartilage nose surgery

There is less swelling and less bruising, and everyone else says it feels like a month
since the surgery. Next day > Nose removal > 3rd day, partial eye incision, stitch removal > 5th day, splint removal > 7th day, Eco-an, nose stitch removal. Plan to go to see the progress in a month!!! I imagine the highest level of satisfaction with a face that is already perfect and pretty and gets prettier day by day.
