No, I wrote it, but I erased it wrong, so I roughly rewrote it. Ha
- Explanation:
My nose: long nose, boxy nose, hooked beak, a bit of a bridge of the nose
. The nose I wanted: too curved x, slightly straight nose st -> The director was very, very good!!
Surgery I had: Autologous rib, ear cartilage used, thin 3mm silicone, general anesthesia
- Price: It was about 800 won since it was a major surgery that involved spending all sorts of things, but I was referred to an acquaintance and they crossed over, so I got it for around 600
- Result:
You can see it in the before and after photos. First of all, I am very satisfied with the result!!!!!!!!!! It's still the 2nd week, so I
'll post another review when the swelling goes down further. It's not too straight or too curved, it's just what I wanted, and the tip of my nose is really nicely erected. It's like doing a character's face cursor in a sim game. It's really good. I
used thin silicone for the ㄹㅇ and I already have a bridge of the nose. I'm afraid that if I use something thick, my eyes will look a little crowded!
- Pain...............:
1. Breathing
Wow, I really have a lot to say about the pain... ㅜㅜ
As with all rhinoplasty surgeries, gauze is placed on the first day so you have to breathe through your mouth
. I had general anesthesia, right? During the surgery, a tube is inserted into my airway for several hours, so my throat is really sore... It hurts
physically and it's still sore, but I have to keep breathing through my mouth, so I'm thirsty and filled 3 bottles of lukewarm water in a tumbler for an hour. I emptied it haha ㅜㅜ
I don't normally drink a lot of water, but I ended up drinking it to survive... Of course, you can assume that you couldn't sleep that night. If you have a sore
throat, the gauze will be removed at the hospital the next day, and it will gradually get better, so you don't have to worry too much! It's just that the day was really, really hard,,,, haha
2. Ear cartilage + autologous ribs.........
Autologous pain. What does it feel like? I've never exercised in my life. You know how if you don't do anything and work hard one day, you get muscle pain the next day?
It's a little more intense than that feeling, right? ㅜㅜ It just means that it hurts like crazy...
Ear cartilage pain: I cried when I went to the hospital for treatment and they said they
would wrap my ear in an ear bandage. Everyone else says that the inner ear hurts more, but my ear hurt much more. It just kept going. It feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife behind my ear.
It's been 2 weeks now and touching it lightly and applying ointment doesn't hurt at all!!

Reason for not using a donated rib:
To be honest, I wanted to use a donated rib (because of the pain), but my mom told me to just use my own rib..ㅜㅜ~ People
around me said that if you're unlucky, the donor rib sometimes smells like a corpse,
and most of all, I used my own rib. Because it comes from myself, it is very resistant to infection and has great staying power!! If you look at the photo, you can see that the scar was done with self-reflection,
but it was a bit dark since it was right after, and it will fade a lot over time,
so it's impossible for the scar to not remain at all!! I was just planning to get a tattoo on top of the faded scar later, so I wasn't too worried about the scar. This is a
review
of my grand nose surgery.
