[Blessed Nose] Review of double nose revision surgery

It's been 5 years since I had revision rhinoplasty. I used silicone + ear cartilage, and my nose is definitely smaller than before (I originally had a double nose, and the first surgery used Elsa silicone). The overall shape wasn't bad, but after the surgery, it was uncomfortable to breathe and I had a foreign body sensation. I went to the hospital for surgery and treatment. I told them when I went there, and they said there was nothing wrong. And, whether it was a sternum or something that was touched wrongly during surgery, there were some raised and saggy parts of my nose. Now, I'm looking into having another surgery.
