I had non-implant nose surgery at K Plus Plastic Surgery on December 15th!
Ever since I was young, I had a complex about my blunt nose when viewed from the front. After going to a consultation, I was able to see not only a puffy nose, but also other shortcomings that I had not known, such as a curved nose and an arrow nose.
Now that I look at it again, the tip of my nose is low and the nasolabial angle is narrow, so it feels like it's slanted slightly downward when viewed from the side. I think it was a lifted nose, so
on the day of the surgery, I went to this hospital and took a picture of the side lines I liked and the front of New Jeans Haerin, and wrote down in great detail the shape I wanted and the shape I didn't like!
I went and had surgery to remove the hair on the inside of my nose, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room. I was very thirsty, very cold, and dizzy. Even though
it was past closing time at the hospital, I was thankful that they allowed me to get enough rest in the recovery room.
They even brought me a heat pack and pumpkin juice!
On the first day, I felt a slight tingling sensation in the mucous membrane inside my nose and in my ears. And surprisingly, the only place that hurt was my tailbone... haha.
I think it was because I kept lying down in the same upright position during the surgery.
I slept sitting up for about 6 days, but even then, my tailbone was stiff and it was difficult. To manage the swelling,
I just sat down to sleep, used convenience store pumpkin porridge, and applied compresses!
The next day, I went to the hospital and had the cotton pulled out
(the feeling of relief after pulling the cotton out was really brief and it got clogged right away).
A week later, the splint was removed and the stitches on the columella were pulled out
(there was almost no swelling on the face, so I thought it would be the same on the nose, but there was some hidden swelling and yellow bruises). I went for a walk in the cold wind, so I lost a lot of weight that evening)
Two weeks later, I had stitches removed from the inside of my nose and my ear.
The nurses who treated me were always kind!
After taking the splint off, there was almost no discomfort.
By the 3rd week, the swelling had almost gone down and the stuffy nose had gotten better.
By the 5th week, the discomfort in using the facial muscles around the nose had disappeared and the nose had become soft.
The height of the tip of the nose was a little disappointing, but it was disappointing. During the consultation, I was told that they couldn't raise it too much because my skin is thin and my nose is small, and my nasal septum is quite curved, so I was told that they only had to lift it a little, so I'm satisfied because I think they raised it safely!
Still, I got compliments on how pretty my nose was, and before I wasn't confident in my profile when taking pictures from a distance, but now I don't care!!
They say the nose is a side effect, right?
But I really like the improvements to the front!!
I thought the curved bridge would also be a side effect, but after grinding the curved bridge, the asymmetry of the front nose bridge was improved, making the bridge of the nose that looked narrow just right, and the nostrils were also visible, so it was pretty.
Before, shading the bridge of the nose was a must, but now even if I don't do it, the shadow is still there!!
My friends around me said they wanted to do the same when they saw what I had done. When looking for hospital reviews, many people followed their acquaintances and it made sense!
I think if you and the director get along well, you will get satisfactory results!!
