I've been removing stitches

The nostrils were even, but they said they would adjust them. But they were even, because I was wearing tape and a fixer, but they were right because I removed the stitches today. It's been 6 days and I'm going crazy because it still doesn't seem to be my face I want to believe that it's swelling But is it really like this? My eyes are focused as if I had an epicanthoplasty. I feel like an idiot .. My cheeks are puffy. Anyway, since the stitches are removed, I feel comfortable!
