I had a contracture and re-surgery, even using my own ribs, and
ended up with a saddle
nose. At first, the Alloderm on the bridge of my nose was absorbed a lot, so I thought I could reinforce it later, but
today they said my nasal septum was so weak that it seemed to have collapsed again,
so it looks like I have a saddle nose.
So, they say that they need to reconstruct the nasal valve, but it's not very effective.
So they say it would be better to just put an Alloderm pad on it, but wouldn't the nasal septum sink further?
I think that's why it's been difficult to breathe these days.
