***Please do not distribute the surgery photos elsewhere***
Since this hospital does not have any reviews, I was really worried that if I wrote a review, it would spread too much to other communities (ㅠㅠ)
However, I am posting this because I am so grateful to the doctor and I have now graduated from surgery. !!!!! Do not distribute !!!!!

[Main text]
From the end of 2012 to the beginning of 2014.. I suffered because of my nose for over a year and lay on the operating table 3 times, but my nose was so disgusting that I didn't think about getting another surgery for 10 years
. But after 10 years, my nose became incredibly dry.. Like a tree branch that has lost all its moisture.. That
's what the example photo is like, if even the sunlight hits it, the cartilage is all exposed and you can only see the silicone on my nose..ㅋㅋ I won't upload a worse photo ㅠㅠ for my own protection..
Especially the view from below Almost the worst. I changed to the point where I hated anyone looking at me from below.....ㅎ
I still don't know why I changed this much.. They say it's because my skin is thin, but to this extent?..
Anyway, that's why I decided to get another surgery at the end of 22, and from the end of 22 to July 23, I
visited 18 hospitals and made a lot of choices at every hospital ⭐️I checked to see if they had ever had surgery on a case like mine and if the doctor's surgical style would suit me (photo verification required)⭐️I
went to Goksam Plastic Surgery and this
was the place for me. They were famous for their good reconstruction skills, ⭐️and especially because they were so good at making my nose plump⭐️I thought they would suit me.
What I needed right now was a plump nose!!!!!!! ㅠㅠ
Also, if there were bigger side effects like contracture/sagging here, it would be really.. worse than not having surgery, so I wanted someone who would do the surgery as safely as possible, and
I liked that they were very safety-conscious
. The surgery result was exactly what I wanted, and the aftercare was really conservative.
I visited the hospital every two days for 14 days (7 times in total), and the doctor personally checked my condition and did the dressing for me every time I went.
What was impressive was that instead of a splint, he used cotton and tape, and every time I went, he removed and reinstalled it(?). I
wore the cotton for 10 days? It wasn’t particularly difficult because there was a thin tube inside the cotton (if it could just return to normal, it could be worn for 30 days..)
Nasal stitches are N days / Splints are N days / Ear stitches are N days.. It was also good that the doctor looked at my condition and made a decision every time I went for a check-up rather than setting it like this.
For example, my ear skin was a lot redder than I thought, so I had the ear stitches removed after 7 days, and my nose had so little skin left that it was barely sutured, so I had it removed as late as possible.
Oh, and the doctor slightly saved the beak that was on my maternal nose during this surgery. I didn’t ask for this in advance, but the doctor did it on his own so it
looked natural.... Hehe. That’s why there’s a slight curve when you look from the side, and I really like it. People around me really say that I look really natural thanks to this.
Mamederㅎㅎ
Also, if you're really honest.ㅎㅎ She said that something might change in 5 years(?).. Since my skin is so thin.. she's not sure but she said it's likely.......ㅋㅋ Well, it's because of my skin........ Then.. I guess I'll have to get it done with dermis
[FAQ]
Q. I don't have any ear shape deformation
and I wore molding for 3 weeks. Of course, my ears got thinner after having the cartilage removed.. but you can't tell with the naked eye.
The doctor said to wear the molding day and night for 1 month and only at night for 1 month... a total of 2 months, but I only wore it day and night for 3 weeks..
This shouldn't have happened.... I did... But after two months, you looked at me and said that it didn't need to be this bad
.
Q. Don't you have any
concerns ? This is all up to you. I'm sure there are people who are dissatisfied..
But if you tell me the nose you want before the surgery, I try my best to reflect it, and I was still thinking about it until the last moment of suturing.
How did you know? I woke up after an hour and a half of the 4 and a half hour surgery and chatted for 3 hours. It didn't hurt and I wasn't scared~~~ㅎ
[Last words]
Even though other people may not say "Wow, what a pretty nose!" when they see me, I'm satisfied because I got all the improvements I wanted..
But I don't think I can recommend Goksam to others just because I'm satisfied with my surgery at Goksam!!!!!!!!!!!
There's a hospital that's right for everyone!!!!!!! I think Goksam was a good fit for me because I had a very thin nose. And honestly, I was lucky tooㅎ...
You can't do anything about luck.. I think finding a hospital that's right for you is the most important thing.
Lastly, I'm so grateful that I was in the nose chatroom for a long time and received a lot of help!!!!!!!!!!
And thank you so much, teacher~!!!!!!! The end
