The reason I am writing this is because I received a lot of help from Seongyesa, and it was very difficult to find a case like mine where only the tip of the nose was operated on, but it failed, so I had to re-operate only the tip of the nose... I hope it will be helpful to people like me. I posted this with hope!! Because I talk a lot, the content is getting longer. I divided it by topic! If you only want to see reviews and tips, scroll down and look at the places marked ***! ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡState before retaking ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ I had previously had closed nose tip cartilage tying, Megaderm transplantation, and laser fat removal (the bridge of the nose was not touched), and from the time the swelling went down, only one tip of my nose had a severe indentation. I'm here. There was a small, round groove that could be seen just by looking at it, and the nostril where the groove was located looked like it had been pinched and lifted up. In addition, as the Megaderm was absorbed more and more, it began to sag, so the shape of the tip of my nose and columella did not look pretty. Actually, if it hadn't looked so good, I would have just lived (when I heard that nose surgery was either 0 or I had to retake the exam after 6 months. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡConsultation reviewㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ My surgical plan, which was informed by the hospital where I had the surgery, was to proceed with an open procedure, remove Megaderm, and remove the thread tying the cartilage at the tip of the nose. >>> Autologous ear cartilage and dermis behind the ear are collected to fill in the thinned areas (to improve hollowness and pressure and maintain height), and even to lower the nostrils. Finally, an absorbable collagen membrane (usually used during implant surgery is said to reinforce the thinned tissue and aid regeneration). The idea was to finish it off by adding something called ham). It’s implant-free surgery! The price is completely fixed, so he showed me the price list. Reoperation starts at 440, but the total estimate is 671 regular price / 562 event price / 5% discount for same-day reservation, and the conclusion is. He said 533. (There is a table divided into regular price and event price for each surgery item.) He said I should go to see the post-surgery progress on the 1st day (the day after surgery), the 7th day (removal of columellar stitches and splints), and the 14th day (removal of stitches behind the ear). ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡPrevious experienceㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ First of all, during my first visit, it was my first time visiting a plastic surgery clinic and I didn't know anything.. Well, I didn't know much about the differences between factory-type hospitals and private hospitals, surgical techniques, etc., and it was just an advertisement for a simple surgery that wouldn't be noticeable because it was a private hospital. I was deceived and only went there after reading the reviews on Naver Cafe, Gangnam Unni, and Bobby Talk app. This was at a time when I had no idea about Seongyesa. But I definitely felt a strong feeling several times in that hospital. It's a very long explanation, but it doesn't really have any substance. The surgery was performed using the same surgical technique as if it were manufactured in a factory without any analysis of my nose. It was originally a cheap surgery, but the discount was huge, and the manager even forced a reservation deposit. I guess I intuitively thought it wasn't a good idea, but I was so foolish that I just paid because I was lured by the price and gossip. So this time, I went to three places. Of course, I sold a lot of hand products before foot surgery, but in reality, the list of places that sold hand products and places that sold foot products were different for various reasons (the doctor's skill, cost, timing of surgery, etc.) haha. I also did a type of contouring (square jaw). This is what I felt while visiting Kojae Balpoomdo... Personally, I think I look at the doctor's physiognomy(?) and the overall feel of the hospital. Teacher Yoong Gwak had a really good impression and spoke very kindly to me. He didn't just talk flashily, but he actually pinpointed my problems that I thought about and even identified and showed my problems that I didn't know about. Because of that, I decided to have the surgery at that hospital and it's still been 2 months since I had the surgery, so I still have some hair left, but I'm very satisfied. And overall, the image of the hospital outlined was very bright, bright, and bright. The staff are all friendly, and the interior is simple but tasteful haha. It may be ridiculous to look at the interior, but I don't know, but I thought there might be a bit of the doctor's aesthetic sense or the delicacy of looking at small things, etc. And I heard that the outline hospital was also a reconnaissance system. In fact, when I compared it with the hospitals I had consulted with, my estimates and costs were all the same... Moreover, the first place where my nose failed was a factory-type hospital, so I excluded all factory-type hospitals and it was a one-man hospital. He said he only performs two surgeries per day. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡReason for choosing the hospitalㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ The hospital where I had my nose surgery this time had many things in common with the contour hospital, so I felt trustworthy and reassured. One-person hospital, two surgeries per day, fixed hours, scouting system, bright and bright lighting, clean but sophisticated interior, friendly desk people and managers, etc. And the doctor's facial appearance looked really clean.. It's a bit absurd..?ㅠ But he looks really clear and pure, and at least it feels like he won't take advantage of others..? I really thought the surgery would be for the best. In addition, he always writes detailed surgical procedures on the blog he runs, and among them, there are reviews of cases similar to mine. More than anything, you explained it really well, but I forgot to tell you that I also had laser fat removal along with cartilage tying and Megaderm transplant during my previous surgery. (In the first place, I attributed the problem to the fact that the cartilage was tied incorrectly and the Megaderm was crooked, so I didn't even think about removing the fat.) But when he felt my nose, he said that the fat on the indented side seemed to be thinner, and that the inside was removed during the previous surgery. I don't know if more fat was cut out on this side during the suturing, but you're telling me that the indentation and discomfort seems to have gotten worse because of that... Because in other consultations, there wasn't a single teacher who noticed that...? But just this one... Then, holding a cotton swab in both hands, he put the tip of the swab in my nostril and stretched the tip of my nose. Then he told me to touch both sides and feel the difference, but really, only that side has thinner fat... Oh my... That's where my trust really increased... Just like the doctor who outlined it, I thought this person was very attentive and sincere about the surgery. I finally decided to have the surgery here and it’s already been 2 days!! The introduction was too long ㅠㅠ Anyway, now for the steamy surgery review! *****************Surgery Review***************** (Day 0_Same day) Since they only perform two surgeries a day, they said that they can only make reservations for surgery at 9:15 AM / 12:30 PM, including the time for patients to come in advance and prepare.. I am at 9:15. I got it by the minute. I had to fast for 6 hours before the surgery, so I slept for 5 hours, woke up, washed up, and immediately went to the hospital (I'm not a resident of the Seoul area, so it's a bit far away). I went and took pre-surgery photos, changed clothes, washed my face, consulted with the director one more time, listened to all the precautions, and finally consulted and designed with the director... I was very nervous up to this point, but the director comforted me hahaha. And then the long-awaited entry into the operating room~! Cover your head with a towel, tie your arms and legs, insert a needle, and apply anesthetic disinfectant to your nose and mouth? They sprayed something really spicy... After a while, I fell asleep... (Here, they even tested the anesthetic on my feet because I might be allergic to sleeping anesthetic! It seems like they are safety-oriented...) And as the surgery was about to end, I just heard a voice calling me. At first, I thought it was a dream, but it turned out that he had woken me up in the surgery room hahahaha. So, I went to the recovery room with support and went to sleep again.. After I woke up, the manager gave me water and told me to rest a little more. Then, he came back about 30 minutes later and explained everything once more, then told me that I could rest more and go home as soon as I recovered. Unfortunately, my period broke a few days before the surgery and I was in a bit of a bad state, but after a while, I got better quickly, so I rested a little more and went home right away! But I drank a lot of water, seriously haha. After the surgery, I drank about 3 large cups, and even when I got home... I think I drank almost 4 liters in one day. My nose started to hurt on the way home. I'm the type of person who tolerates pain well, so it didn't hurt that much after taking the outline, but I guess it was because I was on an empty stomach and hadn't taken any medicine yet, so it hurt quite a bit... Then, as soon as I got home, I ate first, and after taking the medicine, it didn't hurt at all hahaha. As expected, I took the medicine. I'm not giving it to you for nothing... So, on the day of surgery, I had a very good day, except for the unpleasant feeling that the gauze under my nose was wet with blood! Because the septum was not harvested and there was not much bleeding during the surgery, I didn’t even put cotton in my nose! So there was no difficulty in breathing haha. (Day 1_Next day) The day before, I had several nosebleeds that would come out once in a while, but when I woke up in the morning, the gauze under my nose had come off without being wet at all! Since then, I haven't had any more nosebleeds haha.  When I visited the hospital to check my condition, I took off the bandage that was on my ear, and removed the cotton that was put in my ear... They only tore the back of my ear and took all the cartilage and dermis, so there was no wound at all in my ear hole, only a light bruise. I think they only put cotton in it for a day because they were worried that the ear cartilage would fall out and the ear would lose its shape! So, he changed my ears to bandages and waterproof tapes, and from today onwards, he said I could wash my hair to keep water from getting in my nose. Yoohoo~ He cleaned my nostrils with a disinfectant pad! On the day of the surgery, I only had a nosebleed from my right nostril once and a few times from my left nostril. They said there was a lot of blood in my left nostril, so they removed the blood clots with tweezers, but it was a little painful. But it was so refreshing after removing it haha. Then I got an antibiotic and an injection for swelling, but I don't know why you said I had vascular pain from the injection lol (I'm insensitive to pain...) Is there something tingling in my butt? It didn't feel good... And at the end, a 30-minute swelling laser? And I came out! He said I could do light exercise, so he came home and did stepper for 30 minutes. The teacher said that the swelling was very minimal and that he was looking forward to the time after the splint was removed. There were no bruises around my nose at all. .. I only got a light bruise on my ear, but it didn’t hurt! After removing the gauze from under my nose, I was most impressed to see that my nostrils were symmetrical. During the previous surgery, one nostril was round like a kidney bean and the other was like a pig's nose, so the asymmetry was really severe. And if you look at the side line, it feels like the saggy nose has improved a lot! Of course, I'll know more clearly when I take off the splint. I'm already looking forward to it~~ ☆Good tip☆ 1) Drink plenty of water! : Especially on the day of the surgery, my throat hurt quite a bit. But I drank a lot of water, and by the afternoon, all the pain went away and my voice came back completely! And everyone knows that water helps a lot with swelling, right? 2) Be sure to apply ice on the day of surgery! : The role of ice packs is to reduce swelling, but it also helps to stop bleeding by constricting blood vessels! 3) Buying a heated eye patch! : Did you know that after the ice bath period, the heat bath period begins? If you buy a heated eye patch, you'll be able to keep doing that haha. 4) The order of ointment is >Until the nose is removed and the stitches are removed. : Antibiotic ointment such as Fucidin > 2-3 times a day for 1 week after stitch removal (The reason is to prevent inflammation and dryness) : Mild steroid ointment 2-3 times a day (Oramedi can be purchased at pharmacies) >From the 2nd week after surgery : Noscana back scar ointment 2-3 times a day I didn't get a separate prescription for ointment from the hospital. This is how I prevent scars after nose surgery on YouTube. This is what I found out while searching here and there! 5) If swelling is severe, sleep with your upper body upright. &Take a light walk or exercise if possible ** 6) Search for and purchase a hair washing cap (shower cap)!!! : How to wash your hair without getting water in your nose You can just put on a shower cap, flip it back, and wash it! When I had a lenectomy because I didn't know this My mom kept wrapping it. My mom is very sick and I am also having a hard time... So I found this when I did my first move! With this, you can wash your hair every day~~ ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ I will come back with another review after the stitches are removed and the splint is removed in a week! I hope it helps everyone hahaha
