First, let's start with the specifications and what you want. 1. Bent nose (rhinitis) 2. Curved nose 3. Tip of the nose (slightly raised and reduced area) I'm trying to fix these three! There are a few criteria I had to select a hospital before deciding: 1. Is it a hospital that can do both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty? 2. Is it possible to cover the actual cost ? 3. Is there an anesthesiologist? 4. What post-treatment is available? 5. Is a/s available? 6. Is CCTV available? The places I went to were selected based on these standards to see if they were available and visible , and since I have a high nose bridge, I went there hoping to use as many non-implants as possible and pursue a natural feel! 1. ㅇㄹㅂ(ㅗㄹㅣㅡ)-ㅂㅈㅅ This is the first place I went to. I called on the same day without making a reservation for a consultation, and the director said he would be available for a while after the surgery, so I went right away. As is the case everywhere, I consulted in the order of director-director-director, went, waited for about 10 minutes, and went to get a CT scan. Afterwards, I consulted with the manager, but I felt that the manager was so unprofessional that I was a little upset. During the consultation with the director, it was obvious that he had had many surgeries, so he knew right away where the problem was and pinpointed what I wanted. *Surgery* If you shave off 2mm of the curved nose, a hole will form because the nasal bone is thin. They said they will correct this with a crooked nose osteotomy and bring it together to fill it. He suggested that I also have rhinitis surgery because my septum was severely deviated and my bones were sticking out abnormally. He said he would replace the tip of the nose with a septum. *Cost* I don't remember clearly, but I think the actual cost was around 4 million won. *Other* To be honest, I don't remember this place very well. It was the first time I went there. First of all, the trust during the consultation with the director was very low, and the fact that they cut the ribs to the point where there were holes was too high of my standards. Also, there was no anesthesiologist. (There was no one.) Um) That's why I didn't understand the explanation well... haha I'll leave it here... 2.ㅈㅇㅈ(ㅣㅐㄴㅣ)-ㄱㅎㅇ This is the only big hospital among the three. So it was a bit like a factory type. But it is famous for functional nose surgery. The wait here is 30 minutes? It was a bit longer. I was taking pictures with CT, but the staff here were also not very good... I have bad eyesight, so if I take off my glasses, I'm the same as being blind, right? But even when I was taking pictures, I felt like they weren't being friendly and asking me to look somewhere. After the CT scan, I came out and waited and they were singing and chatting among themselves inside. It didn't look good. After that, I had a consultation with the director first, but at this time, there was nothing special and I think the consultation with the director was a bit long. ! *Surgery* He said he would only shave 1mm to 1.2mm of the beak and straighten the tip of the nose. He explained it in great detail while looking at the CT and photos. And as soon as I saw the CT, which I didn't know for the first time here, they asked me if I had ever broken my nose when I was young! When I told him that I had been hit by a ball when I was 7 or 8 years old, he said that I must have broken it once, but I didn't know that until now... Haha anyway, he told me about my condition, which was my bones and cartilage were warped, and he said he was using donated ribs as the material. Actually, I was completely taken aback here... They explained everything very well and I liked it, but they said they would use a donor rib to raise the tip of the nose and the bottom support would be made of PVC, but I don't know the exact thing, but it was a foreign substance. So, as soon as I heard this, I was immediately eliminated. It seems that ear cartilage is not used here. *Cost* If you use a donated rib, it was about 250 including the actual cost, and if you use your own rib, it was 750?ㄷㄷ, but I think it was about -250 because of the actual cost . I couldn't hear you clearly... sorry haha, but the manager was a person who was very clear about his opinions. Ear cartilage is not possible. The nasal septum is not good, so you have to use costal cartilage. I almost got a little angry when I heard it said this way;; haha. Since it is a large hospital and factory-type, I felt like I wanted it to be done in the style pursued here rather than my preference. Finally, the long-awaited finale. !! 3. ㅋㅂㅈ(ㅗㅣㅠ)-ㅎㅅㅁ In conclusion, I will do it here~!! It was number one on my mind even before I went, but even after the consultation, it fit my needs so well that I scheduled the surgery date right away!! First of all, the hospital felt very clean and there was no waiting. As soon as I got there, I had a CT scan almost immediately and went to consult with the director. After that, I consulted with the director right away, and he clearly explained what I wanted to do in the surgical method I had imagined. He was the first director who checked my nose by touching it. He then drew pictures and explained things to me by showing me pictures of other patients. I was even more excited after seeing a picture of a patient with the exact same case as me, who had a crooked nose, curved beak, and arrow nose (the tip of the nose sagging). *Surgery* I shaved the curved beak a little and also had surgery for deviated septum and rhinitis, and used the nasal septum to correct the arrow nose, and it wasn't enough. He said he would raise the ear cartilage and slightly remove the fat layer inside the blunt end of the nose. He said there would be almost no side effects because it was a non-implant product. It was a consultation that 100% satisfied my needs . So it's about -100, so it's 3.3 million won!! *etc* Since I don't live in Seoul, I had a blood test that day, and before the blood test, the director came in and looked at the inferior turbinate and nasal septum one more time through a nasal endoscope. And the staff, director, and manager were all gentle and kind. Even during the last manager consultation, I was able to view the CCTV footage in real time, and everything such as after-sales service, swelling injections, and costs were explained very well. I paid 100,000 won in advance and came out, so there was no consultation fee, and they said they would pay by deducting the entire amount on the day of surgery! Anyway, ㅂㅂㅈ is a hospital that satisfies all the conditions I wrote at the top and everything I wanted, so I hope it goes well. ㅇㄹㅂ and ㅈㅇㅈ also didn't fit my needs, but it's not like they were bad or anything like that, so I hope you search carefully and go for a consultation!!! I will come back to leave a review after my nose surgery. I hope it helps!!
