I made the bridge and tip of the nose
as long as possible by doing the self-rib + osteotomy + the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose. I extended the short nose that felt short as much as possible and
got a pretty nose in terms of proportions and shape. I think I got a really good nose, so I'm uploading it!

I don't have any residual pain or anything like that that bothered me in the area where I used to rub myself, and I
'm doing fine even with light aerobic exercise at the gym.
When I looked at cameras or videos, I often felt like my nose was lacking something. But
now I have my own nose with perfect proportions. I'm happy these days because I feel like I've found it ㅠ

But after surgery, I can't use the children's mask because it's stuck haha

not-yet-recovered nose will become deformed because I'm sleeping wrong. I'm trying to sleep carefully

anxious.
