I used nasal septum cartilage, shaved the beak, made an osteotomy, used silicone on the bridge of the nose, and ear cartilage on the tip of the nose. It's still only the second day, but I'm upset because it doesn't seem to have the sharp and thin visual I thought it would. Maybe the nose looks bigger because it's still swollen..? I got a functional nose and a beauty nose together!!
