I had rhinitis, deviated septum, nasal valve reconstruction, and cosmetic rhinoplasty done at the same time. The materials used were donated dermis and ear cartilage.
I don't like excessive nose lines, so I asked God to raise the tip of my nose from my current nose bridge. I
also improved the blunt tip, double nose, and hooked nose while improving the columella. I had the dented area corrected,
and to be honest, I didn't dream of a dramatic change, but
I think it was because of the osteotomy, and the shape turned out better than I expected.
I'm satisfied so far, but I can't rest assured until it's been a year, right?
