From the beginning, my nose was very wide and low, and I had large nostrils, so I didn't want to have a flashy nose like a celebrity. I just wanted a natural nose that would look good on my round face! I spent 3 days traveling around 8 places in Gyeonggi-do, Gangnam-Apgujeong, taking a 2.5-3 hour round trip by bus. LOL That's how I ended up getting surgery at Mint on September 4th! The surgery was completed quickly, and the doctor said that the bleeding was stopped well because I didn't bleed much. Maybe that's why I didn't really bleed much after the surgery. I think there was barely any bruising and the swelling on my face wasn't that bad. About an hour after the surgery, the director came and personally explained aftercare, looked at my nose, and discharged me! Everything was fine except for the 3 days before I had the cotton removed, when I felt like I was going mentally ill. Haha.
I had a box nose + a yong nose, so I had the bridge of my nose, tip, short nose correction, box nose correction, and inner nostril reduction done. (The materials are silicone and nasal septum! He even gave me anesthesia and said that he would also use ear cartilage if the nasal septum was insufficient at the tip of the nose, but he did not use it separately because the nasal septum was sufficient.) Among them, it improved the large nostrils (nostrils that are easily visible from the front and sides), which had been the most complex since I was a child. I wanted to do it, but unfortunately the director said that for a type 3 nose like mine, the shape of the nostrils cannot be improved and there is no choice but to reduce the size of the nostrils. So, I was very worried that if I reduce the nostrils, it would be uncomfortable, but now my nose has been naturally corrected without any pinched appearance. same! It's not a sharp and thin nose like other people's noses, but over time, I think it will become the naturally sharp nose I wanted to fit my face! The bridge of the nose is still avatar lol There is a lot of swelling at the tip of the nose, so it looks a bit unnatural, like a snub nose, but as time passes, won't the tip of the nose come down a little more and become thinner overall??
But ㅜㅜ I'm a little worried because it seems like there's more fat in my nose (nostrils) than I thought. They say that the scarring will subside over time, but since all the mucus from the nose hardens inside, it's really annoying every time I breathe. T_T Even where the stitches were inside, the scarring has appeared... This is not the director's discretion, it's my personal opinion, so I have nothing to say, but it's time. It will be okay after some time, right..?
+ In the post-surgery photo, I can't put on makeup on the nostril reduction and columella scar area because the doctor still told me not to touch it with my hands. Looking at it now, I can see that it's the only part where I didn't put any makeup on, so it looks like a shadow.
