[Low Nose] Nose surgery

At Konopi Plastic Surgery, silicone + nasal septum surgery was performed. I wanted a natural shape, so I searched a lot and had surgery... It was great for a month, but the tip of my nose gradually sank, so I had surgery to augment only the tip of my nose with ear cartilage (as) about a year later. Conclusion... Now, the tip of my nose has become very blunt and has sunk down, and I am considering repeat surgery. . Return to being a natural person
