ㅁㅌ It's not a plastic surgery clinic, but there aren't too many reviews, so I'm writing this here for people who are considering going to the hospital or local anesthesia. To sum it up, I was a super scared person who was nervous about getting my ears pierced, but the local anesthesia was more bearable than I thought. There were not many reviews about local anesthesia for nose surgery, so I went into the operating room very worried. Local anesthesia was administered for about 10 minutes before surgery. Today is the day of surgery and I haven't even had my nose removed yet, so I can't say I recommend it or not. I'll just write down what I experienced objectively (subjectively) for those of you who are shaking like me. I was greeted by a person who went straight to the plastic surgery clinic and had a pronunciation that sounded like a foreigner (Japanese?). He reassured me that it didn't hurt at all, even though I was anxious, so I felt at ease. He seemed like a foreigner, but he had a really nice personality. Change into surgical clothes. Until now, I still couldn’t believe I was having surgery. I was changing in the recovery room, and there was CCTV in the recovery room, so I changed right up against the wall near the door. Speaking of TMI, I guess it was a bit annoying that there wasn't a single button at the end of the last surgical gown. Next, wash your face. Do you actually gargle at this time? Other reviews say you should gargle, but I wasn't specifically told to gargle, so I didn't do it. Take a picture. I took a lot of pictures from the front, 1, 2, 3, and at an angle from the side. Consult with the director. They gave me about 3 pieces of silicone and told me to choose the height and design I liked. I went with 3.5mm because I heard that 4mm would look like silicone, and chose a slightly curved shape rather than a straight one. You said you could use the nasal septum and ear cartilage for the cartilage, but I ended up using only the nasal septum and not the ear cartilage. Even during surgery for the low and small nose, the director said that my nasal septum was small, but thankfully he did not use ear cartilage. Write down the consent form for surgery. At this time, it really hit me that I was going to have surgery, and the handwriting that said ‘I agree’ was trembling. Please explain what to watch out for after surgery and any symptoms that may occur. What I remember right now is that the tip of your nose may look white around the first week, and this is a normal phenomenon! The AS period is 3 years, and the cost of reoperation due to side effects such as bending, lifting, contracture, etc. is 100% free. Reoperation due to dissatisfaction with aesthetics is 100% after 1 year, and 100% after 2 years. They explained things like this, but I was so nervous about the surgery. Honestly, I don't remember. After paying and staying in the recovery room, I went into the operating room and got an injection in the top of my foot. I was very worried because I heard in some reviews that the instep injection was very painful, but it only stings a little hard. I had to be put under sedation, but the nurse had a hard time because I couldn't see any blood vessels in my arm. I'm worried because they say I have to get an injection tomorrow and the day after tomorrow... To vent again, the nurse asked me, "Do you take aspirin?", but I misheard and answered, "Do you have ice cream?", so I spewed out a little. As soon as I went under anesthesia, the world started spinning in all sorts of colors, and it seemed like the local anesthesia was over. I saw the operating room again and couldn't feel my nose. The nurse woke up, right? While doing this, he cleaned up my nose hair. I thought they were cutting it with a machine, but they just cut it into square pieces with scissors. I also saw a review saying that trimming nose hair was painful, but it really didn't hurt at all. It's like cutting hair with scissors. Disinfection, pre-surgery disinfection is as painful as a PCR test, no, it hurts more. I put a cotton ball in my nose all the way and toss it around. After reading these reviews, I was really scared, so I called the hospital the day before and asked if it would be possible to have them disinfected before surgery under sedation. I just did that, but the conclusion is that they disinfected me without anesthesia, and it didn't hurt at all.. Why are you worried about me??? Actually, I don't even remember whether I disinfected it before the surgery or not haha. After the local anesthesia was done, I went into surgery... time just went by faster than I thought. They were playing the radio, but the sound of the surgery was louder so I couldn't hear the radio well. I remember hearing sounds like, squeak, give me number 6, weeeee. I had heard a rumor that the anesthesia had worn off in the middle of the surgery, so I was worried that the anesthesia would wear off as well, so I prayed to the director before the surgery to please give me as much anesthesia as possible, but luckily it didn't work. Am I worrying too much? If you look at other reviews, they say they talked to the doctor during the surgery, but the only thing that came out of my mouth was "Uuuuu.." If it hurts, oh, if it hurts more, uh-uh... Anyway, the time went by quickly, and the most unpleasant thing during the surgery was the nasal septum harvesting stage... It was tingling, and it felt like they were drilling a hole in the nasal bone and forcing it out... I had to check twice to see if the septum was on both sides. I was sad that I had to go through the process. Oh, I can't express that feeling well in words. What hurt the most was the disinfection at the end (the cool disinfectant went down the back of my throat) and stuffing cotton into my nose and pouring water into it. I think it hurt more because it was unexpected. As the surgery was coming to an end, the director pressed my nose to give me a massage, but it didn't hurt that much; it just felt like a splint was being pressed on my nose. Towards the end of the surgery, there was time to check the shape, and the nose line was clearly restored after the silicone was put in. A lot of my nostrils were visible from the front, but this was the original shape of my nose and I was told before the surgery that if it was lowered any further, it would be difficult to breathe through my nose, so there was nothing I could do about it. There was a 10-minute break before the surgery was over, and after that, I could smell the smell of burning squid and the feeling of thread passing through the philtrum. After the surgery, the area that hurt the most was not my nose, my left arm or my left leg where the injection had been administered, but my right arm. I guess I was putting in a lot of effort because I was nervous. Immediately after the surgery, my nose throbbed a bit, but perhaps it was the effect of the painkillers given to my buttocks, it quickly subsided, and I still don't feel any pain other than the feeling that my nasal septum is empty. When I came into the recovery room, they alternately applied cold compresses to my left and right eyes with the ice packs they gave me... Any tips would be to make sure the ice packs don't go over your eyebrows? While I was lying in the recovery room, I was touched by the fact that the director came by several times to check on my progress and answer questions. But it was a bit funny from the time I had the surgery because he called me customer rather than name or patient. Looking at other reviews, I heard that my mouth couldn't open, so I was very worried as a person undergoing Invisalign correction, but I was able to open my mouth easily and ate the porridge deliciously. Throughout the surgery, I was scared and in pain, and I thought I was hungrier than I thought, so I ate hungrily until the next morning... Due to the nature of my job, I didn't have time to drink water, so I couldn't drink water, so my mouth wasn't that dry after the surgery, so I just came into the hotel and had a drink. I took a sip. Even now, I brought lip balm and am not applying it. I'm drinking water through a straw as recommended by the director. The director said I shouldn't buy Tylenol because it wouldn't hurt, and the medicine to reduce swelling wouldn't be effective, so I didn't buy anything other than what was prescribed. Your nose is still bleeding and you can change the gauze when it is about 80% wet. As of writing this, I have changed the gauze twice. This is absolutely not a recommendation for nose surgery. Be sure to think carefully before deciding on nose surgery. Since I had my nose surgery this morning, I wish I would have loved my nose more... I should have loved myself, but I felt sorry for myself and started to regret it... Even now after the nose surgery is over. You won't regret it in about 3 months after taking off the cotton pad and splint, right? Anyway, even though I'm the world's worst worrier and the worst person, I'm relieved that I successfully completed the local anesthesia surgery. Although I won't be able to sleep tonight due to the stuffy nose, hehe. Oh, I don't know if I can put the price down . I won't write down the price because it can be found with a quick search on Seongyesa. I booked the surgery on the day of the consultation, so it was 10% cheaper than the original cost, and there was no consultation fee of 10,000 won. Still, it's expensive... (I plan to become a plastic surgeon in my next life) For those of you who have to make reservations for lodging like me, I would like to add that the plastic surgery visit dates are the day of surgery, the 1st day, the 2nd day, the week, and the 3rd month. He said that depending on the progress, a visit on the 4th day may be possible. In Seongyesa's review, if you have a blood clot, you suck it out with a syringe, and it's such a hellish pain. I'm worried that the blood is already pooling, but I believe it will be less difficult since you put a straw in your nose along with the cotton. please
