I used ear cartilage and didn't put silicone in. I used a
donor rib to fill in the missing part in the middle of my nose, but the donor rib was damaged because of the contraception. It melted, so the middle of my nose is still a bit stepped,

Before the surgery, the bridge of my nose was high, but it was a curved nose, and

Usually, the major swelling is gone in 3 weeks. They say it's going to fall out, but if the philtrum is still long after 3 weeks, it's not swelling. It's just that the philtrum buried in the sagging nose has popped up and popped out when the nose is lifted, right...? I'm stressed ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Originally, the ratio between the philtrum and chin seemed to be about 1:2, which was perfect, but now it's almost 1:1,,haha ㅜ ㅜ The last photo
