I attached it before and after the surgery, but I don't know how to attach the file...
The one with makeup is before plastic surgery, and the one without makeup is after plastic surgery.
I used ear cartilage and didn't put silicone in. I used a
donor rib to fill in the missing part in the middle of my nose, but the donor rib was damaged because of the contraception. It melted, so the middle of my nose is still a bit stepped,
but it doesn't really bother me, so I'm satisfied with the shape itself.
Before the surgery, the bridge of my nose was high, but it was a curved nose, and
the nose was really big, and the tip of my nose was saggy.
All the major swelling seems to have gone away, but when I applied the tint. Sound waves don't work. The tip of the nose is completely like someone else's skin. The philtrum is
not like other people's skin, but when I touch it, it doesn't feel like my own skin..? (This is the 22nd day of surgery.) I
really like the overall shape of the nose and the side of the face, but
the front of the face... ,,.,, My philtrum is noticeably longer than before the surgery (people around me don't know, but I think they're just telling me not to be stressed,,,) and I look like a mouse or a monkey. Usually, the major swelling is gone in 3 weeks. They say it's going to fall out, but if the philtrum is still long after 3 weeks, it's not swelling. It's just that the philtrum buried in the sagging nose has popped up and popped out when the nose is lifted, right...? I'm stressed ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Originally, the ratio between the philtrum and chin seemed to be about 1:2, which was perfect, but now it's almost 1:1,,haha ㅜ ㅜ The last photo
shows the 1:1 ratio of the philtrum to the chin, but if you look at it in person, it's really real. It's a mouse.
