This is a picture taken on the day the stitches and cast were removed!
Considering the previously stressful nasal bridge deviation, asymmetry in the length of the columella, and the long central part, the silicone was replaced.
If you look at my pre-surgery picture, it is clearly visible because it was taken with a correction app, and my columella deviation is severe.
I have thin skin, and if the tip of my nose was raised too much, it could be seen later, so they said they used autologous dermis. It is
still awkward because the swelling remains when viewed from the front, but I really like the side view
and I am so amazed and satisfied with the improved columella. I knew it would improve so quickly.. I had the surgery
a long time ago. I hope you all choose a good hospital for your first surgery!!
First of all, I am so satisfied with the columella that I wrote a review, and I will add before and after photos of the side soon. ㅎㅎ
