[Low Nose] Sad small nose plastic surgery review

My nose shape is average, really a basic small nose? Anyway, my nose shape is not ugly or pretty, it's just low and small. I really wanted to get it right the first time, so I chose and chose a hospital that also serves as an ENT clinic, but my nose tip kept getting absorbed, so I had the surgery twice at the same place, but my nose tip got absorbed again.
