To make it easier for everyone to see, I brought the before and after photos of my revision surgery!
To be honest, I had a big heart when I had my first surgery, but it was far from the nose style I wanted. So I always regretted getting the surgery, but when I look at a person, I think the nose is the most important part of their facial features, and I wanted to have a prettier nose, so I got the second surgery. Since
I failed once the first time, I thought that the nose the director wanted = the nose I wanted had to match to some extent to be satisfied with the design.
First of all, I wanted to be modest, and the biggest goal was to have a straight, shallow design. Of course, I checked how much the director reflected my opinion during the consultation, and I ended up getting the surgery.
And most of all, when I said I wanted to do this -> Rather than a place that just said OK... Since the director is a plastic surgeon anyway, I like a place that explains everything one by one, such as the reason or a better direction. I was also worried about whether to get a donated rib or an autologous rib while I was thinking about getting a second surgery. It was big, but my skin is thick and my nose bridge is already quite high, so I listened to the explanation and chose autologous rib as the best material and had the surgery.
In fact, it's been over 4 months since I had my nose done, lol. I've half forgotten and half beautified the discomfort and pain I felt on the day of the surgery... ^^ I guess it won't be of much help to regular people? Still, my nose hurt and was less uncomfortable than the first surgery, and I think what I was most concerned about was the area where the autologous rib was taken. The scar was a bit noticeable at first, but fortunately, the wound healed well, and I apply scar ointment whenever I think of it, so it's much lighter now! = In other words, scar management is really the answer.....
And regular people like me who are thinking of autologous rib surgery (for reference, I had general anesthesia, etc.) should definitely check if the anesthesiologist is always present!! The surgical results are important, but the results are the most important. Let's all have safe surgeries *-*
