After my first surgery (non-surgical, septal extension, septum, ear cartilage) in September of last year, I had a functional disorder with one side of my nose blocked and difficulty breathing, and I had a deviated septum, a crooked nose, a regressed nose, and other problems such as dissatisfaction with the shape. I had a second surgery at Dr. Jin in September of this year.
I wanted this to be my last surgery, so I consulted with all the famous re-surgery hospitals. Since my nose had a functional problem, I decided to have the surgery with an otolaryngologist, and Director Jin Hong-ryul was the most serious and impressed me during the consultation, so I decided to have the surgery.
It is not a review event or a factory-type plastic surgery clinic, so the price was a little expensive, but the cost of rhinitis surgery is reimbursed through a real-cost system, and they also provide detailed documents for claiming the real-cost system. I was satisfied with many things, such as being able to rest in the hospital room after the surgery, and I am very satisfied with the results. In
particular, I really liked the fact that the director who gave me the consultation and the staff were all nurses, so they all had specialized knowledge. When I told the nurse whether I should take my medication or if I had any concerns, she immediately looked at the medicine bag and identified the medicine and sorted it out for me. ㅠ And the nurse who also does the director's work has a really nice personality, so I was really worried after the first surgery, but she put my mind at ease. ㅠ!
I talked to her in detail about three things: function, stiffness of the nose tip, and shape, and I was very satisfied with the results, so I don't think I'll have any more surgeries. ㅠㅠ!!
It turned out very naturally, as if my nose was originally like this. ㅠㅡㅠ (In particular, the columella part went down a lot after the first surgery, but they lowered it well with the ear cartilage that was used for the first surgery.) I failed because
I couldn't get a proper consultation during the first surgery, so I asked the director and the director's nurse almost like a murderer, and I organized the direction I wanted, printed out about 10 copies, and visited her about 4 times before the surgery, and she listened to me every time without showing any signs of discomfort, and she even took the printouts and didn't return them because she said she would look at them. ㅠㅠ I was
n't completely moved..ㅋㅋㅋ I think they took that much care of me!
I was worried because there were many reviews saying that the shape wasn't that great, but I think that's because the director pursues a natural nose and doesn't do thin and long noses like plastic surgery noses. I wanted to go back to a round and very natural nose from the beginning, so I'm very satisfied! The function is also great! I hope everyone who is getting a second surgery will do well!
(The second surgery included septal extension removal, septal correction, nasal valve reconstruction, and lowering with auricular cartilage.)
