By the way, it's been over a year since I got my nose job, and
the reason I didn't write a review until then
was because I heard that you have to wait a year for nose swelling to resolve, so I waited patiently ㅋㅋ
Honestly, I liked it even after a month..^^
People around me say that you really have to wait a long time to get plastic surgery, so
I didn't rest on my laurels, but it's been over a year and 4 months now, so
I thought it was a stable period, right? So I decided to write.
A tip I'd like to give to people who are thinking about getting a nose job is
to know what kind of style they usually like and how they take care of themselves.
I like to dress up extravagantly, and my makeup is also extravagant.
Compared to that, if you look at my nose before the surgery, the bridge of my nose is bumpy, and
it's a really ambiguous nose that's neither high nor low; My nose was always shading but nothing worked
. So when I was looking for a hospital, I didn’t really look at places that raised it to the point where it was almost invisible.
★★Places with a clear before-and-after difference, places that use costal cartilage well★★
I looked into it based on these criteria. I think
regular people who like fancy noses would know that almost~ most of them use costal cartilage.
But I can use my own costal or donated costal cartilage, but did
you know that costal cartilage = a direct correlation with the surgical skills of the director?
I didn’t really look at hospitals that focused on first-time surgeries or new hospitals.
Even though it was a little hard to make a reservation, I found a famous hospital and got the surgery. (I think that was a good decision.)
It’s already been over a year so I don’t really remember the pain..
But I’ll tell you in case it might be of some help to regular
people. The pain from the costal cartilage harvesting - ★★☆☆☆
It didn’t hurt as much as I thought. It was just that my skin pulled a little when I took the cast off in the beginning and sneezed? From the 3rd day onwards, there wasn't much to worry about, but you have to be careful about running ㅋㅋ
Rhinoplasty pain - ★☆☆☆☆
The rhinoplasty itself didn't really hurt that much. To be honest, I think it's better to look at rhinoplasty as uncomfortable rather than painful.
Splint + cotton - ★★★★☆
This was the hardest for me. When the cotton was in, ah~ I realized how thankful I am for being able to breathe through my nose ^^? After removing the cotton and cast, I really felt alive, but this is only done in the first week of surgery,, and thinking about it now, it seems like it's worth a try (I'm lying, I'm satisfied right now so I'm not thinking about getting another surgery ㅋㅋ)
Additionally, the swelling goes down a little bit, but if I didn't get all this and that surgery and didn't get it excessively done,
I think the swelling that was big by my standards would all go down within a month
. That's why I took a ton of pictures the first month,, ㅋㅋㅋ
I thought I was satisfied back then, but thinking about it now, my nose bridge is a lot thinner now.
After getting the nose job, people around me are saying that I've finally found a style that suits my face,
and I think it was the best thing I did last year ㅋㅋ I
wrote this while thinking about what might be helpful to regular people, but
if you have any more questions, feel free to ask~
I'll answer everything to the best of my knowledge.
