Objet Plastic Surgery Rhinoplasty Review
I didn’t have a low nose, but I was worried about the fact that it looked like a saddle nose because of the slightly raised structure. In fact, it was a pretty nose for a woman, but I thought I needed surgery to raise the tip of my nose to give it a masculine impression.
I entrusted the surgery to Objet Plastic Surgery, and the surgeon was Dr. Lee Kyung-mook. After consultation, I decided to proceed in a way that minimized unnecessary procedures by lowering the tip of my nose naturally and slightly lengthening it.
What I was particularly satisfied with during the consultation was that Dr. Lee Kyung-mook did not recommend excessive surgery, but accurately pointed out the condition of my nose and the direction for improvement. He said that donated costal cartilage could be used if necessary, but in my case, he decided that the septal cartilage and ear cartilage were sufficient.
In particular, he focused on naturally lowering the nose that looked up and giving it a masculine impression. In addition, I liked the fact that since it only corrected the tip of my nose, I could expect a natural and harmonious result without excessive height changes.
The surgery was performed using the septal cartilage as the main material and the ear cartilage as a supplement. I was very confident that the tip of my nose could be stably fixed without using donated costal cartilage.
I was very nervous before the surgery, but the medical staff helped me prepare systematically, so I was able to feel at ease. What I felt immediately after the surgery was that the tip of my nose had definitely come down and the upturned nose feeling had disappeared. The swelling was somewhat hidden by the cast and tape, but I felt good because I could already see the changed shape of my nose.
I felt stuffy in the beginning after the surgery, but since there was no cotton in my nose, it wasn’t that uncomfortable to breathe. About a week later, when the cast was removed, I could clearly feel the change in my nose. My nose that had been upturned had come down stably and transformed into a nose that gave off a masculine and harmonious impression.
Also, the director took great care of me from right after the surgery to the follow-up observation, so I didn’t experience any major discomfort during the recovery process. He said that my nose needed time to settle down, so I’m currently about 90% satisfied, and I think I’ll see more natural results as time goes by.
I’m really grateful to Objet Plastic Surgery and Dr. Lee Kyung-mook. They corrected only the parts that were absolutely necessary without excessive procedures, so I was able to get natural and satisfactory results. My nose was not originally low, and since it was simply a problem of looking up, I was able to make a big change without damaging my existing impression.
I highly recommend Objet Plastic Surgery to those who are considering a natural nose job that is not too much like me!
