This is a review one month after my first nose surgery!
I had a complex about my low nose and was not satisfied with nose filler, so I kept thinking about getting rhinoplasty and finally
decided to have my first surgery at Named.
Since I am the type of person who makes decisions carefully, I put a lot of effort into it. After all, since it is an area of the face, and especially the nose, I thought it would have the most side effects and problems with reoperations, so I thought about the director's sense of mission and responsibility and ultimately decided to choose Named.
Since I have a large face, I wanted to draw attention to my nose, so I wanted a nose that was flashy in height and angle, but not too pointed at the tip.
The director was also very confident, so I decided on Named
.
At first, I had a slight hump, so I shaved it off and wanted a high and flashy nose, so I used the nasal septum, donated ribs, and ear cartilage to raise it. Since I have a dragon nose, I focused on improving it. I was considering lateral osteotomy or alar reduction as options, but the director said that my dermatologist is strong and my nasal septum is slightly crooked, so using autologous ribs would be less effective than adding donated ribs and septum. I was diagnosed with the
basic surgical procedure of bulbous nose, columella, nasolabial angle, humpback nose, dragon nose correction, and functional nose filler melting. / The bridge of the nose was silicone 5mm or more / The tip of the nose
was done with autologous ribs and ear cartilage.
After one month, considering the swelling, I am satisfied with the nose bridge line, nose tip shape, and forehead shape when looking from the side, and when looking from the front, the width of the nose bridge, nose tip shape, etc. came out just as I wanted, which was great. When looking from the bottom up, the columella was not crooked, which was nice.
However, I wish the nose tip was a bit higher (but they said this is the maximum because my skin is firm), and the improvement of the nasal cavity is a bit disappointing, and I am a little worried that the nostrils are visible, but I believe that this part is swelling and will get better with time, so I will wait! I feel like
I can never have a nose that I am 100% satisfied with after going to many places, and I think it is a success even if I am only 80-90% satisfied, and I think that it is most important that there are no side effects.
In this regard, I am glad that I chose Named, and if I were to go back, I would probably go to Named. ^^
