I had my first surgery at 8 places in Busan and read a ton of reviews before making my decision carefully, but it was a total failure.
First of all, my nose is small, low, and a little humped. During my first surgery, I had
an osteotomy, silicone inserted into the bridge of my nose, and ear cartilage inserted into the tip of my nose.
For the first 2 months after my first surgery, I kind of? liked it, but I had a lot of regrets.
Now, 4 years have passed since my first surgery, and the silicone on the bridge of my nose looks a little crooked.
The tip of my nose has also saggy. No one knew that I had rhinoplasty,
so I pretended I didn't have it. Is this the operated nose? I was afraid that people would laugh at me while doing it... I was really embarrassed and kept it a secret.
The cost of a second surgery was from 800,000 to 10 million won, so I couldn't even think about it, but I wanted to get a quote, so I went to two places that I liked while looking at the reviews out of the many places in Seoul that were famous for second surgery.
After the consultation, I narrowed it down to one place. I was a little worried because the cost wasn't that high even though it was a second surgery. But then I found out that my friend also got a second surgery and it was this hospital, so I was reassured and made an appointment for the surgery right away. They
made a 3D(?) silicone tailored to my nose bridge + raised the tip of my nose with my own rib cage + corrected the nasolabial fold line.
It's been 3 months since I had the surgery, and I really, really like it. Even if I think the tip of my nose is a little more droopy, I think it turned out well. The only regret is that I have a flat forehead, so I couldn't put in much silicone on the bridge of my nose... Well, there's nothing I can do about that,
so I'll pass. While correcting the nasolabial fold, the shadow on my nasolabial fold (not the wrinkles) came out and that shadow became A lot of it disappeared. Was that a really good thing? And since my face became more three-dimensional after getting my nose done, I heard a lot of people ask if I lost weight, and I've also heard a lot that my face changed from a childish one to a feminine one.
I feel that, of course, my eyes are the most important, but my nose changes the mood of my face the most!
Conclusion: I'm super satisfied. But I wonder when my rib scar will disappear. Haha;
