there's no swelling anymore! My nose has become perfect haha.

I guess it's a lie to say that you can't get a double rhinoplasty in one go!
For your information, I made an osteotomy, corrected my nose, corrected my short nose, and even had columella surgery. They
put 4mm of silicone in. They said they did their best to put it in considering my small nose.
