Last year in July, during the first session, I had surgery at a hospital near Sinsa Station at a hospital near Sinsa Station. I had a
non-implant surgery on the tip of my nose using the cartilage of my right ear. It wasn't swollen at all, and it wasn't an ugly nose at all, so I didn't want it to be excessive, so I just wanted to slightly raise the tip of my nose. I asked for it to be done naturally, but it was so sharp that I could stab people with my nose. I put it on and tied the cartilage in a crappy way, so it was uncomfortable and messy, and it wasn't a big
fuss. The first move was really just not selling it, and I decided right away after looking at a few places with lots of reviews on the app. As a result, I was a failure. So,
during my second attempt, I sold it to about 8 places. I lost a few business cards.
The hospital where the surgery was performed was by a single director. He only performed one surgery a day and seemed to do a lot of nose contractures and reoperations. The
consultation was very detailed and he explained everything, so I trusted him. However, looking at the before and after pictures, he looked a bit fancy with costal cartilage. I thought a lot about it because it seemed to be your style,
so I had another consultation about a month after my first consultation. He said he would naturally adapt it to what I wanted, so I decided to do it. In the end, it seems to have turned out naturally and roundly. The tip of my nose is still very swollen, so it looks a bit like a nose bridge
. I was worried because I heard that if I lowered the nostrils, my nose would become bulbous, but that doesn't seem to be the case (it's not a nostril lowering with a cartilage + skin composite graft). As it's been a month, the swelling is going down more and more as each day passes, and the nostrils were too visible at first, so I thought it was right to lower the nostrils, but in the second week. It started to gradually come down and now it has come down a lot. If
you look at the posts, it has been about a week since the surgery and it seems like my nose is up and my nostrils are showing a lot. There are a lot of people writing about it, but I raised it too high and it's either it's a big deal or it's all coming down so don't worry too much and just wait. Anyway, I have a big septum
. Because it was curved, the doctor was an otolaryngologist, so he treated me with a deviated septum and inferior turbinate reduction.
Actually, the rhinitis wasn't that bad. I didn't have any problems with breathing in my daily life. The only time I lay down to sleep in the evening was that my nose was a bit blocked and it was slightly uncomfortable to breathe, so I wondered if I should do it. After doing it, it was a new world haha. Even when I lay down to sleep in the evening, my nose was wide open.
I got some of the actual cost back, so even though I was lucky, I lessened the cost burden. I don't like a
straight nose, and I like it to look natural even if it's a bit bumpy, so I didn't use silicone and used an implant-free nose tip extension and nostrils. They lowered it and the gap between the curved beak and the tip of the nose was slightly filled with ear cartilage. Since I have a flat forehead, they said they didn't want to add anything dark between the eyebrows. They said there was a possibility that the nasal septum was used during the first wedding, so there may be a lack of cartilage, so they also used costal cartilage in the beginning
. You recommended it, but I never want to use costal cartilage, so it doesn't matter if the height is lowered a lot. I don't like the tip of my nose being flashy or pointy, so I asked to make my nostrils rounder and had the surgery. Fortunately, I left the nasal septum out of the question during the first surgery, so I used the nasal septum and the remaining left ear cartilage to create a line that matches my face
. They did it naturally and well.
When viewed from the front, the nostrils are a bit triangular because the nose was so badly pinched, but I am very satisfied with it. For about
three days after the surgery, it hurt as if someone hit my nose with a hammer. My nose was stuffy for about two weeks, and my nose was dripping with mucus. I lived with a gauze underneath,
but now it's been a month and there's still some swelling, and the tip of my nose is tingling as I'm slowly regaining my senses, so I'm anxious, but when I went to check on the results recently, they said the inside of my nose was well healed and that the functional surgery went well, so now I can live with peace of mind, and even the people in charge are unconditional
. I hope to sell a lot and have a successful surgery at the right hospital.
Oh, and the director is very meticulous, so I have to go to the hospital on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days, and also on the 2nd, 3rd, and 1st months to check the progress and disinfect it haha. Every time I go, the director personally warns me and looks at it. It was good.
I had an inquiry about First Veterinary Hospital, but I received a full refund. They wrote a consent form saying that if I posted a review or something, I would have to pay 5 times as much, so they couldn't tell me.
