After my first rhinoplasty, the tip of my nose was droopier and lower than my original nose...ㅠㅠ I

Some people say that the results of autologous costal cartilage vary depending on the hospital and the skill of the director, and there are also those who
do not recommend autologous costal cartilage because it is hard. There were a lot of things I was worried about.
Friends who had nose surgery around the ear cartilage said that it would sag quickly.
Even if it was hard, autologous costal cartilage would be better.
I thought a lot about this, but eventually decided to do it myself..!
Above all, other directors

님 코수술 잘 되셨어요!! 진짜 자연스럽게 너무 높지도 낮지도 않게 잘 되신거 같네요~ 전 오늘로 귀연골로 코끝수술한지 10일차에요. 자가늑 사용안하고 오로지 귀연골로 했어요ㅎ 주변 말 들어버면 귀연골이 자가늑보단 딱딱함이 덜하지만 쳐진다는 말 많이 들었거든요. 그래도 전 귀연골로 했는데요..근데 님 코수술 후 기능적인 문제는 아직까지 없으셨나요? 전 지금 10일차여서 코안 점막이 부어가지고 숨구멍이 좁아져 코를 숨을 잘 못쉬는지 아니면 코끝수술로 인한 코막힘부작용인지 잘 모르겠어요ㅠㅠ 일단 기다려 보고 있긴한데 코막힘이 계속 지속된다면 전 제거 생각할거 같아요..댓글 부탁드릴게용..
코끝많이높아지셧네요 혹시 귀연골로한다는병원하고 자가늑한다는병원정보좀주실수있을까요?>?저는 늑연골은 꺼려져서 무조건 귀연골로하려고하는데;; 자가늑이 모양잡기에는좋으나;; 수술비용도그렇고 딱딱함이 엄청크잖아요.. 그이물감 안고평생살아갈자신이없어서;; 그래도 모양은 진짜 한번에 빡 잘잡히네요 확실히 불편함감수하면서 늑연골하는병원이많은 이유를알겠어요 ..
