I got it early last year, and when I got it, they didn't use a catheter, but they pierced the area next to the nose with a needle and injected the filler. Anesthetic cream is applied and lidocaine is administered separately, followed by filler injection. It hurt so much. ㅠㅠ I think it would be effective if you have a triangular depression right next to your nose, but I didn't like it that much. ㅠㅠ

저는 살이라 효과좋더라구요 하고일주일은
이물감쩔었는데 금방빠지는게 단점이에요

필러를 놓는 방법에 따라서 본인의 팔자랑 잘 맞는 원장님이 있고, 아닌경우도 있는거 같아요 케뉼라 사용없이 코옆에 삼각존을 바로 채워버리면 아무래도 이물감 엄청 심하고(일주일) 웃거나 말할때 팔자 라인 따라서 들어간 필러보다는 광대쪽으로 쏠리는것도 덜하는거 같아요 팔자 라인 따라서 필러를 채우는 경우에는 이물감도 삼각존에 넣는거보다 덜하기는하는데 예쁜 유지력이 10...일정도 밖에되지 않는거 같구요~ 저는 두가시 방법으로다가 다 해봤는데 각각 차이는 좀 있더라구요~ ㅎ
