I debated whether or not to get it because my square jaw is bone and not very muscular, but the doctor said it would be much better than what I have now, so I got it. I got slightly slimmer, but after getting it twice, the cheek fat that wasn't there before disappeared and my cheekbones became more prominent. The only side effect was that I got it again, to be honest. However, if you have a sensitive cheekbone or a face shape that highlights your cheekbones, it is not recommended...
