I got a nose filler after nose surgery. Please check if it is a side effect.

It's been more than 2 years since I had nose surgery, and I got nose filler about 2 months ago, but I got a little redness at the tip of my nose. There is no pain, no swelling, and the color does not get worse or go away. I went back to the doctor and showed him the condition. This is neither inflammation nor necrosis. To get rid of it, you just need to get a dissolving injection, but if there is no discomfort, you don't have to dissolve it.
