At some point, a yellow-like dot appeared in my eye, and
I thought it would go away, but it started to get bigger.
So I visited an ophthalmologist and found out that it was a conjunctival nevus, and
that it is a common
phenomenon in which dots appear on the eyeball,
just like dots on the skin
. Fortunately, it does not harm eye health and is not uncomfortable.
They say it doesn't have to be removed
, but when I look at a person's eyes, there is a mole in the eye, so
the eyes look cloudy... So I decided to
have it removed, and paid about 200,000 won for laser removal.
The procedure is like an eye test, where the eye is fixed and the laser is used to remove the cloudiness for 50 rounds. It felt like it had been shot..
It smelled like burnt squid, and I put in anesthetic eye drops, but it was painful..
After everything was done, my eyes were very red and
the bloodshotness lasted for about 2 weeks.
I was prescribed medication and kept taking it for 2 weeks, and the redness disappeared to some extent. The mole
did not disappear completely, but it was blurry. When I come
in for a consultation to see the progress, they say they will remove the rest free of charge, but it
was so painful and the bloodshotness was so bad that it lasted for two weeks.
Everyone who looked at me asked me, "What's wrong with my eyes?" I don't know if they will ask or
remove the rest..
Of the 200,000 won, 140,000 won is refunded through actual cost insurance!
Every insurance company has some that do it and some that don't,
but I did it. Fortunately,
my insurance company is Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance.
