Acne after getting chin filler

Last year, I really wanted to get chin filler, so I did some research without thinking much about it and went, but after getting it, I suddenly started getting acne on my chin ㅠ It would go away steadily, but then it would come back again and again.. It was really stressful, but now that a lot has passed and the filler is almost gone, it's not happening anymore ㅠㅠㅠ
