This is a review of several hospitals I visited last year to get double jaw surgery and rhinoplasty. I looked into hospitals because I had a complex about my slightly hooked nose and blunt bulbous nose

1. TKLSS (Gangnam)
This time, I went there without even choosing a director. They say it’s a hospital famous for its flashy looks, but they basically said things like donated ribs for the tip of the nose, silicone for the bridge, and osteotomy, etc. In fact, the next two places had almost the same content, so there’s nothing special, but I think the price was around 350.
2. ㅁㅌㅂ (Apgujeong)
I went to get my eyes looked at instead of my nose, and when they asked me about my nose, they absolutely did not recommend getting a rhinoplasty after double jaw surgery. I heard that the director also works in rhinoplasty, but he advised against rhinoplasty.
3. ㄷㅇㅇ (Gangnam): Director AhnSH
also said things like donated ribs for the tip of the nose, silicone for the bridge of the nose, shaving the hooked nose slightly, osteotomy, and lowering the nose bridge. He said that I shouldn’t do a flat nose reduction and that it would be okay to just lift the tip of the nose sufficiently

4. PRLMM (Gangnam): Director ㅊㅎㅅ
When I showed a little concern about the silicone on the bridge of my nose, he said that it would be okay to do it without the bridge of my nose.
5. ㄱㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery: Director ㄱㅇㅈ
gave me a very different story from the hospitals above
. He said to fill in the bridge of the nose X and the space between the eyebrows with fascia, lift the tip of the nose with ear cartilage, and fill in the curve between the tip and the bridge of the nose with fascia to make it look natural. When I talked about a flat nose reduction, he recommended doing it inward since the outside is a scar. Unlike other hospitals, he fixed it without haggling over the price. It was more expensive than other hospitals, but rather than feeling it was expensive, I think it was because the hospital was careful not to think of plastic surgery as a commodity.
6. ㅂㄹㅇ Plastic Surgery: Director ㄱㄱㄹ said that,
similar to other hospitals, the tip of the nose was donated ribs and the bridge of the nose was silicone, but he didn’t mention osteotomy. Since I was a little worried about silicone, you recommended that I get it done with donated dermis.
