The tip of my nose is too round

In my final remarks before the surgery, I asked not to make it too pointed, and the director said that if it's too round, it won't look good. So I did the
 
surgery and said that it shouldn't be too round, but as long as it's not too pointy.
 
Even if there's swelling at the tip of the nose, it'll take 3 weeks. It's time for the shape to come out, and
 I don't think I've seen anyone with a round
 nose like mine in other reviews.. (If you look at the first photo, the nose is triangular. From that angle, it looks like the gel nose is fat.) The
 
pointy one I was talking about is like a witch's nose. ㅠㅠㅠ
 I feel like I said something unnecessary before the surgery, and every day is stressful..
 
The tip of my nose is round, so my nose line is too curved and my eyebrows are high..
 
When you look at my nose, which of the two do you think it looks like??

1. The shape of the tip of the nose was completely rounded.
 2. The tip of the nose remains swollen, so it looks round.
