Will I regret having reoperation at the same hospital?

 The director said that he couldn't sharpen it slightly due to the risk of perforation, but it wasn't noticeable when there was swelling. As
 the swelling went down, it was noticeable that the curvature was gradually not sharpened. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Some people say it's okay because it feels more natural, but I keep getting nervous! I like the hospital's follow-up care, and except for the fact that the beak is not sharpened, I like the overall line and height of the tip of the nose. There are no functional problems with breathing, as the original crooked nose and deviated septum have been corrected. I just want to slightly sharpen the protruding beak, but there are other options. Should I go to the hospital?? I'm curious about the reviews of members who have had correction at the same hospital. I'm scared of opening my nose again.
