Please look at my nose ㅠㅠ

Hello, I was originally going to have the surgery in a local area, but everyone told me to do it in Seoul if possible, so I postponed the surgery until now, but I went to Seoul to get a consultation. ㅠㅠ
 1. At the local hospital where I live, they do a lateral osteotomy + a hook change and a lot of silicone on top of it. He said that all you need to do is spread it thinly + remove fat from the tip of the nose + ear cartilage for the tip of the nose.
 My current nose length is short, but if I extend it here, my face itself is small, so it may look longer in proportion, so I said not to say that my current image will disappear completely. ㅠ
 
2. In Seoul, they mainly focus on lateral osteotomy + no implants + nose tip shape improvement. Since I said that the protruding nose bridge in the profile view was stressful, they said that they would slightly reduce the nasal wings + extend the nasal septum and make
 the tip of the nose match the ear cartilage and nasal septum, rather than the height as I wanted. He said that he would focus on reducing it nicely and that since my nose is currently short, I would absolutely have to extend it to get the nose shape I want and the image I want. He said that my current youthful + cute image might disappear completely, but I would be able to get closer to the face shape I want.
 
Where should I get the surgery? ㅠㅠ I don't care about the height of my nose, so it doesn't matter, but from the side or front view, it would be nice to see the size of my nose become thinner and change to a more feminine line, and I want the tip of my nose to look prettier. ㅠㅠ Which hospital would be better for the surgery? (For reference, I know both of them. My friend had the surgery, and both of them went well ㅠㅠ)
 Actually, I like my face now, but I decided to have the surgery because I really wanted to make my nose a little thinner ㅠㅠ So, I was worried about what would happen if my face was different from my current image, and it looked better than it does now. I wonder if it would be okay if my image disappeared if it meant becoming prettier. I'm worried. Please help.
