I had nose surgery (deviated septum + osteotomy + nasal tip nasal septum lengthening) in January, but my nose was bent and the bridge of my nose felt like it was sagging. I went to a university hospital and got diagnosed, and they said my cartilage was damaged a lot. Is it because a lot of the septum was harvested or was it osteotomized? They said that the cartilage part was torn and the reinforcement was not done properly.
After 6 months, I started to see symptoms of a saddle nose, so I was looking around for reoperation consultations, but one hospital said that it should be reinforced with autologous dermis, ear cartilage is enough, and costal cartilage is strong. It needs to be reinforced. It's confusing because they all say different things and have different surgical methods. First of all, I have no intention of reinforcing it with costal cartilage. If it's an autologous dermabrasion, it's ear cartilage... If I use autologous dermis, I'm worried about the absorption rate and the ear cartilage will be transparent. The problem is that there are a few words. Is there anyone who has had surgery on this area or knows anything about it? Please help. ㅜㅜ
