It's the 7th day of nose surgery. It doesn't look the way I expected. Are you okay? ㅠㅠ

Last Friday, I got my nose done with 3 types of contours.
 I really like the outline and there isn't much swelling, but
 my nose is unclear.
 An hour later, I went to get the nose stitches removed.
 I didn't wear a splint, but I did use stickers, but the stickers came off yesterday.
 It's originally a short nose style with a short midsection, but
 I think my nose has become too short ㅡㅡ ㅠㅠ
 I have a boxy nose and thick skin, so it should have been tailored to my nose. ㅜㅠ
 I shaved off the curves a bit, put silicone in, reduced the nostrils, and
 used the cartilage at the tip of my nose.
 The tip of my nose is too thick and it looks like I have a bulbous nose.
 Your nose got shorter, right?
 Is this because it's a puffy nose? ㅠㅠ Is the swelling still there?
 Will it get better as time goes by and the swelling goes down?
 But it seems like this all week.
 There doesn't seem to be any swelling ㅠㅠ
