My front teeth hurt after rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty today.
 It's been 5 hours since the surgery, and my front teeth still hurt so much, as if they're being crushed.
 Do front teeth normally hurt? I thought it was because of the anesthesia, but I'm worried because it still hurts for a long time after the anesthesia wears off;
